Overall Fit: Runs Large

Love the coat but was way too big and only wanted to exchange size. . I have sent 3 emails to return it and have not received any response. And they only allow you 30 days to return. I liked the coat so ordered a smaller size before they sold out and waiting for that to come. I just wish the company would have some customer service. Disappointing.
