I have buying with Commence for almost an year now and I never had a problem with them, but this order I have never received and the costumer service keeps telling that its on the way. I have received another order that I placed right after this one, but not this one yet. The tracking number on their app states as "undelivered package" and I have no idea what does it means! My building has 24hours concierge service and I have never had a problem with packages being delivered. I am so disapppointed with them right now.
